Tyrese Made Headlines After Saying He Wished He Was “Born Latino”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Tyrese turned heads earlier this year after making an interesting statement about himself and his ethnicity. In February, the singer took to Instagram to share a video of a Latino family gifting their loved one a car.

“Sometimes I wish I was born Latino…. I mean the Latin community is grounded in family, loyal, entrepreneurs, businessman, and women literally represent the dream, the grind the hustle doing whatever it takes to stick together against all odds…” he wrote in the caption of the video.

In addition, Tyrese went on to share why he believes the Black community has “lost its way,” soliciting a bunch of reactions from social media users.
