On Friday, October 4, Sims took to Instagram to share a joint post with Barnes. The post was a carousel captioned with: “Austin Matthew Barnes ????✨9-4-24 8lbs 5oz 22 inches Mommy, Daddy, your brothers and sister love you so much! ????”

The first photo in their post featured Austin lying with his eyes closed. The second photo showed Barnes and Sims sharing a kiss while the rest showed them each cradling the newborn.

Additionally, Sims even shared footage of her baby boy’s first moments.
