Afterward, O’Day retweeted another tweet which replied to her message with, “For years, @AubreyODay has been trying to bring attention to Diddy’s abusive nature and warn people that he is dangerous. For years. In exchange for her courage, she was bullied, terrorized, and threatened.” In response, O’Day wrote:

The Singer Previously Reacted To Dawn Richard’s Lawsuit Against The Music Mogul
As The Shade Room previously reported, O’Day recently shared some words related to Diddy after her Danity Kane bandmate, Dawn Richard, sued him for sexual abuse earlier this month.
In the suit, Richard alleged she witnessed the music mogul’s abuse of his ex-girlfriend and fellow Bad Boy artist, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Additionally, Richard alleged Diddy threatened her for allegedly stepping in in protection of Cassie, and the singer alleged that Diddy touched her inappropriately on several occasions.

In reaction to Richard’s lawsuit against Diddy, O’Day took to her Instagram Story to share a now-deleted, brief message:

More Details On Diddy’s Arrest & What’s Expected Next
As The Shade Room previously reported, TMZ initially broke the news about Diddy’s arrest with an exclusive report. The outlet asserted that law enforcement sources alleged that Homeland Security had entered a hotel room Diddy was staying in in midtown New York City.
Subsequently, the 54-year-old was taken into custody at an FBI office while authorities reportedly searched the space. Per a source for TODAY, the 54-year-old “voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation” of his arrest and charges.

Per TMZ, Diddy’s arrest is speculated to have been made in connection to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation and investigation into “other offenses.” Additionally, the outlet noted that a grand jury has reportedly been hearing from Diddy’s misconduct accusers, and his arrest marks his official indictment.

Meanwhile, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York has since shared a tweet confirming the 54-year-old’s arrest. Additionally, the tweet asserts that Diddy’s federal indictment was filed by the bureau and will likely be unsealed on the morning of Tuesday, September 17.

AP News reports that Diddy is expected to appear before a federal judge on Tuesday, and his charges will be read then.
